Shipping Policy
At [Noge], we pride ourselves on serving our customers and strive to deliver our products to you safely and on time, both inside and outside Egypt.

 Order Processing Time:
Due to the carefully crafted nature of our products (handcrafted design and premium materials), orders are processed within 3 weeks from the date of order confirmation and payment.

Shipping Areas:
Within Egypt: We ship to all governorates using reliable shipping companies.

Outside Egypt: Shipping is via Egyptian International Post to various countries.

Payment Policy:
A 50% deposit is required upon booking to confirm the item's fulfillment.

The remaining amount (50%) is paid upon receipt of the order from the shipping company.

 Shipping Costs:
Inside and outside Egypt: Shipping fees vary depending on the address and are calculated automatically upon completion of the order.

Shipping costs are not included in the product price.

If the order cannot be received due to data errors or a failure to respond from the shipping company, the customer will bear the cost of reshipping.
