Terms of Service
Welcome to the [Noge] store. Please read the following terms carefully before making any purchase through our website or social media accounts.

Order Confirmation:
The order will be confirmed after receiving a 50% deposit.
Orders not paid within 48 hours of booking will be considered unconfirmed.

Order processing time:
All items are carefully handcrafted, so it takes up to 3 weeks from the date of payment confirmation.

Shipping and Delivery:
Shipping within Egypt is done via multiple shipping companies.

Shipping outside Egypt is done via Egyptian International Post.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the customer's address and added upon order completion.

Payment:
50% of the amount is paid in advance.

The remaining 50% is due upon receipt of the order.

Half of the prepaid amount will be deducted if the order is canceled after manufacturing has begun.

Exchanges and Returns:
There are no returns, but size exchanges are possible within 3 days of receipt, provided the item is in its original condition.
The customer bears the shipping costs in the event of an exchange.

Privacy Policy:
All customer data is completely confidential and is not shared with any third party, except the shipping company.

Disclaimer:
Colors may vary slightly due to lighting or screen settings.

Since products are handmade, there may be slight variations between each piece. This is part of the product's uniqueness and not a defect.

 Amendments to Terms:
The store management reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Use of the site after amendment constitutes implicit acceptance of the new terms.
